Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist Elite Banking business segments with daily operational matters and deliver high-quality customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Serve as primary client contact in the absence of the Relationship Manager (RM).
  • Support RMs in account openings/closings, perform compliance and KYC checks, and handle document remediation within deadlines.
  • Process client transfers/remittances/deals, ensuring error-free submissions and adherence to agreed turnaround times.
  • Coordinate with investment desks and other internal teams for end-to-end investment trade follow-up.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, escalate delays or process gaps, and liaise with Quality Assurance.
  • Perform signature verification checks and make callbacks as required.
  • Register, distribute, and follow up on delivery of security items (debit/credit cards, cheque books, etc.).
  • Log and follow up on all customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and participate in trend analysis/corrective actions.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly trackers for audit flow and compliance.
  • Attend training sessions for ongoing development and skill enhancement.
  • Mentor and assist in training other staff; provide cover during leave periods.
  • Strictly adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cooperate fully and timely with audit and compliance requests; aim for zero unsatisfactory audit comments.
  • Be willing to move between segments as needed by management.
  • Carry out any other additional tasks as assigned by management.
