Commercial & Strategy Leaders - Relocation to UAE

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial, P&L, and strategy initiatives to drive growth in the Middle East region
• Shape the strategic direction and purpose-led growth of Careem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business results
• Mentor, inspire, and grow a diverse set of teams
• Contribute to the development of the Everything App for the region

Requirements

• Senior level experience in commercial, P&L, or strategy leadership
• Proven record of delivering business results in fast-paced environments
• Experience in startups, e-commerce, or tech-driven companies
• Deep roots in the Middle East
• Willingness to relocate onsite to the UAE
• Eligibility to work in the UAE

• Prior experience in scaling businesses in emerging markets
• Previous leadership roles in cross-cultural organizations
