Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a channel ecosystem for new business within the assigned UAE territory
  • Execute channel partner onboarding, enablement, and business planning, under the direction of your manager
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to ensure execution of account mapping, pipeline creation, and opportunity management
  • Respond to inbound channel leads and manage them as directed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners (e.g., portal access, resources, training)
  • Develop trusted advisory relationships and provide thought leadership to partners, customers, and prospects
  • Assist partners with developing and executing sales strategies for OPSWAT products and services
  • Communicate tailored value propositions to partners and enterprise customers
  • Maintain detailed account and opportunity records in Salesforce CRM
  • Accurately forecast and report revenue projections to management
  • Consistently overachieve on quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Promote OPSWAT products and strive for customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with cybersecurity trends and utilize this knowledge for planning and growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of channel and business development experience, including 5+ years in security or enterprise software sales
  • Professional proficiency in English and relevant local languages
  • Proven consistent quota attainment selling complex solutions via a channel partner ecosystem
  • Technical familiarity with cybersecurity products, operating systems, and the ability to communicate with both technical users and C-level executives
  • Expertise in pipeline management and accurate forecasting via channels
  • Excellent time management and a high degree of autonomy
  • Self-motivated, competitive, adaptive, and achievement-focused
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required
  • High ethical standards and professional conduct
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical experience in enterprise/application software or networking security solutions
  • Knowledge of sandbox, anti-malware products, and market landscapes
  • Experience or understanding of APIs
  • Background in software development, IT/IS administration, or CIS
  • Professional fluency in additional languages
