Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for Interwood’s mid-premium furniture and fit-out segments in the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and project managers to secure fit-out projects.
  • Identify and qualify leads, deliver tailored presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with Pakistan HQ for product design, production, and logistics to ensure timely project delivery and installation.
  • Represent the Interwood brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings in Dubai.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and market insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or sales within furniture, interior fit-out, construction, tiles, or related sectors.
  • Established network with architects, contractors, and developers in Dubai/UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B project sales cycles, tender processes, and fit-out industry dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Legal working status in UAE and ability to travel regularly to Pakistan.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is a plus.
