Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for Interwood’s mid-premium furniture and fit-out segments in the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and project managers to secure fit-out projects.
- Identify and qualify leads, deliver tailored presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Coordinate with Pakistan HQ for product design, production, and logistics to ensure timely project delivery and installation.
- Represent the Interwood brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings in Dubai.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular pipeline updates and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or sales within furniture, interior fit-out, construction, tiles, or related sectors.
- Established network with architects, contractors, and developers in Dubai/UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B project sales cycles, tender processes, and fit-out industry dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Legal working status in UAE and ability to travel regularly to Pakistan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proficiency in English; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is a plus.
