Admin Business Development (UAE National)

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to schedule meetings for the Business Development team, both via Zoom and in person
• Reach out to potential partners to schedule meetings
• Coordinate with Account Managers to obtain contact details for potential partners
• Update information in the Pepper CRM system
• Maintain and update tracker sheets to monitor progress and follow-ups
• Share contracts with partners and ensure timely signatures
• Develop personalized presentations and pitches for partners, focusing on layout

Requirements

• High school diploma or above
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative support role (advantage, not essential)
