Stylist

Responsibilities

• Create and style on-brand, on-trend editorial outfits for marketing, trend and still-life shoots across model and flat-lay sets.
• Collaborate with Styling Manager, Content Editor and Shoot Producer to translate brand vision into commercially viable visual styles consistent with the Namshi customer and style guides.
• Produce clear styling moodboards and research trend references for sign-off prior to shoots.
• Support ecommerce studio styling when schedules allow and ensure images meet Production Guidelines and image requirements.
• Maintain awareness of the shoot schedule, brands and products planned for each session to prepare and organise looks efficiently.
• Troubleshoot on-set priorities, manage time under pressure and contribute to studio KPI targets while maintaining image quality.

• Knowledge of international and regional fashion trends and brands
