Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own regional marketing strategy and execution for marketplaces across the UAE and KSA
  • Localize global campaigns and manage media budgets to ensure cultural relevance and marketplace compliance
  • Manage and optimize marketplace presence (PDPs, brand stores, merchandising) to improve visibility and conversion
  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings and feedback to improve brand perception and engagement
  • Plan, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across search and display to meet performance goals
  • Act as primary liaison with marketplace partners, distributors and agencies to ensure consistent execution
  • Analyze marketing performance and marketplace trends; provide actionable insights to improve conversion and ROI
  • Evaluate and develop new marketplace opportunities in collaboration with Sales to expand regional footprint

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in digital / performance marketing
  • Demonstrated marketplace experience (Amazon, Noon or comparable)
  • Strong e-commerce and merchandising knowledge
  • Paid media / PPC / search campaign experience
  • Data-driven analytics and performance optimization skills
  • Excellent project & stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working across multi-country, cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Arabic fluency (advantage)
  • Passion for fitness, health and technology
  • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 15%)
  • Experience operating in the GCC market
