Responsibilities
- Own regional marketing strategy and execution for marketplaces across the UAE and KSA
- Localize global campaigns and manage media budgets to ensure cultural relevance and marketplace compliance
- Manage and optimize marketplace presence (PDPs, brand stores, merchandising) to improve visibility and conversion
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings and feedback to improve brand perception and engagement
- Plan, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across search and display to meet performance goals
- Act as primary liaison with marketplace partners, distributors and agencies to ensure consistent execution
- Analyze marketing performance and marketplace trends; provide actionable insights to improve conversion and ROI
- Evaluate and develop new marketplace opportunities in collaboration with Sales to expand regional footprint
Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in digital / performance marketing
- Demonstrated marketplace experience (Amazon, Noon or comparable)
- Strong e-commerce and merchandising knowledge
- Paid media / PPC / search campaign experience
- Data-driven analytics and performance optimization skills
- Excellent project & stakeholder management
- Comfortable working across multi-country, cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic fluency (advantage)
- Passion for fitness, health and technology
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 15%)
- Experience operating in the GCC market
