Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) 5-10 Yrs

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance for critical banking applications and infrastructure
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate processes and monitor systems
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to maintain reliability
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role
• Proven banking domain experience (mandatory)
• Strong skills in Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong background with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
