Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker) - Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

• Source and originate new client business for OKX's exchange platform
• Generate a sales pipeline from new and existing clients across financial markets; achieve revenue growth for your client portfolio
• Identify and drive corporate and high net-worth individual sales opportunities; build and convert pipeline through consultation, education, and advisory with clients
• Lead origination and lead generation efforts with new clients through events and innovative connectivity methods
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails, delivering a white glove service through the sales process
• Prepare sales pitches and manage the pre- and post-sales processes
• Maximise wallet value for existing customers with knowledge of customer preferences
• Collaborate with Product on the development roadmap by sharing client feedback
• Represent OKX at industry events and networking opportunities
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers know OKX’s value proposition
• Build long-term client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels
• Proactively manage accounts and coordinate with operations on client roadblocks
• Work across departments to resolve complex scenarios and compliance queries

Requirements

• Passion and enthusiasm for crypto products, with emphasis on key offerings
• Proven sales experience building a pipeline, developing opportunities, and closing deals
• Contractual and commercial negotiation skills; able to work with legal teams
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE crypto landscape
• "Compliance First" business attitude
• Well-connected within the local VIP/trader crypto community
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
