Job Description

About the Company

Infinity Constellation is launching Infinity MENA in Dubai—a new regional holding company focused on expanding AI-driven businesses in essential service sectors across the Middle East. Infinity MENA adapts proven business models and launches new ventures in response to local opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Sell AI-enabled services to SMEs, enterprise clients, and government entities
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
  • Secure anchor clients for initial portfolio businesses
  • Develop go-to-market commercial strategies tailored to the UAE market
  • Collaborate with CEO to localize Infinity’s value propositions
  • Set strategy, sales cadence, and reporting discipline as part of the early leadership team
  • Oversee customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention for early accounts
  • Work with Product Ops and delivery teams to refine offerings
  • Develop scalable processes for client onboarding, training, and account management
  • Operate as a player-coach, leading deals and building a high-performance sales/customer success team
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture and growth playbooks

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years sales/business development/commercial leadership experience
  • Proven record closing large deals in the UAE (consulting, tech, services)
  • Existing network in UAE business ecosystem (corporates, government, family offices)
  • Experience in early-stage, rapid-growth environments
  • Digitally native—SaaS, CRM, automation, API familiarity
  • Systems approach to commercial challenges and scalable processes
  • Ability to sell diverse AI/automation services as clear business outcomes
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Comfort building sales processes from scratch (CRM, pipeline reporting)
  • Capable of closing deals personally and coaching others
  • Understanding of UAE procurement and contracting norms
  • "Roll-up-your-sleeves" operator, strategic leader, ambitious, collegial, and commercially disciplined
