Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales into strategic target accounts within a high-growth market unit.
  • Build pipeline, create, and close new opportunities using a consultative value-based selling approach.
  • Prepare, own, and execute go-to-market strategy and territory plans for nominated industries and verticals.
  • Prepare account plans with deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales process including demand generation, understanding customer needs, RFI/RFP, and building business cases for change.
  • Collaborate with partners for joint sales efforts and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Meet annual sales targets and deliver against quarterly budgets.
  • Build a strong internal network through liaison with sales leadership and global teams.
  • Manage and maintain complete CRM data hygiene, sales cadence, and reporting for accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Enterprise software sales experience (quota-carrying) in the Middle East market.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and resilience.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and strong data hygiene standards.
  • Understanding of sales process, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong enterprise sales knowledge in Asset Management/Service Management within the Telco sector.
