Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Learn continuously and become an expert in NIQ solutions and the industry
  • Effectively pitch products and solutions to key decision makers by understanding their needs and aligning NIQ’s solutions
  • Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries, assessing sales readiness prior to connecting prospects with sales resources
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls, emails, social media, and attending tradeshows to engage decision makers and generate sales-ready leads
  • Support marketing-sponsored in-person and virtual events, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up to engage and qualify prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records by adhering to defined lead management processes and SLAs
  • Build strong relationships with sales team members to nurture leads and drive conversion to pipeline and revenue
  • Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly activity cadence plans for prospecting efficiency (research, pre-call planning, personalized messaging)
  • Meet and exceed activity and performance metrics for calls, emails, social touches, appointments scheduled, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales or complimentary experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional experience in a customer-focused, performance-driven, high-growth, fast-paced sales, service, or marketing team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent researching and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze, evaluate, and derive actionable insights
  • Experience preferred with tools such as Salesloft (preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal mediums
  • Team player with a positive attitude, composure under pressure, and creative problem-solving
  • Detail oriented, methodical, and process driven
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-starter, highly ambitious to grow knowledge, skills, and career
