Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiation for goods and services.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and requirements of private sector and government partners.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and support P2P cycle activities.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement with budgetary and operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Procurement/Supply Chain or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in a procurement-related role.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and P2P cycle.
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail; excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle Fusion preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification desirable.
- Previous demonstrable experience of procurement systems management.
- IT procurement experience preferred.
- Direct experience working with government/private sector partner procurement requirements.
