Coach (passioné pédagogie) - AI x EdTech (Full remote - French fluent 🇫🇷)

Responsibilities

• Own the full learning experience architecture: design journeys, protocols, loops and membership flows.
• Script cinematic, science-backed learning arcs that combine video, exercises, assessments and soundscapes.
• Co‑craft premium courses with experts and top performers; lead end-to-end course strategy and delivery.
• Build and iterate AI-powered conversations and prompt chains for PX Agents; review and refine agent interactions.
• Define and track KPIs of transformation (not just completion); run user interviews and iterate using learner data.
• Apply behavioral-science principles (habit formation, self-determination theory) to maximise retention and daily practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping end-to-end digital learning products or major product features.
• Proven track record designing narrative/cinematic premium courses (not only corporate training).
• Prompt engineering / building AI agents or demonstrated rapid learning ability on AI tooling.
• Strong editorial and storytelling skills; high aesthetic sensibility for course feel and UX.
• Background in EdTech, coaching, or transformational education.
