HR Operations Specialist - Al Ain

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR operations support across school campuses in Al Ain and Baniyas
• Manage onboarding, contracts, and HR records for teaching and non-teaching staff
• Coordinate visa processing and renewals, liaising with government authorities
• Assist payroll administration and liaise with finance for salary-related matters
• Support recruitment activities, background checks and induction processes
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and produce regular HR reports
• Support implementation of HR policies and compliance with local regulations (ADEK PASS administration where applicable)

• HR qualification
• HR experience

• Visa processing
• HRIS knowledge
• Excellent English

Preferred Qualifications

• CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred but not essential
• Experience working in UAE schools and familiarity with ADEK / local education regulators
• Prior exposure to multi-campus HR operations
