Premium Client Manager - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Pepperstone’s Premium Client Group to enhance client retention and trading volume
• Use internal and external channels to cultivate referrals and secure funding
• Differentiate Pepperstone’s client experience through market knowledge and personal engagement
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Mentor and actively contribute to the premium client team’s development
• Act as a trusted advisor for premium clients on trading and market matters
• Distribute regular market analysis and identify trading opportunities for clients
• Plan and execute client and premium events, including luxury and quarterly experiences
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, risk, and development to support client initiatives
• Engage in face-to-face client meetings and attend client events to build lasting relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally phone sales environment
• Previous account management and/or high net worth client experience
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies
• Experience with MetaTrader 4 and cTrader platforms
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proactive, client-first attitude
• Proficient with numbers and critical thinking
• Ability to quickly learn and coach others
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (highly regarded)
• Experience organising and executing premium client events
• Previous exposure to the fintech or trading industry
