Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a holistic learning and development strategy aligned with KAYALI’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify skills gaps and training needs in all regions.
  • Design and deliver leadership programs, inspiring and supporting emerging and current leaders.
  • Champion structured learning journeys for high-potential employees.
  • Lead a dynamic mix of in-person workshops, live virtual training, and digital/structured learning paths across multiple geographies.
  • Facilitate engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring impactful introduction to KAYALI culture.
  • Continuously evaluate L&D technologies and recommend enhancements for scalability and effectiveness.
  • Enhance digital learning offerings for scalability and consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional and international teams to understand local needs and adapt programs.
  • Work alongside the Global Sales Trainer to align internal product training.
  • Support a culture of knowledge sharing, peer learning, and inclusive growth.
  • Utilize feedback, analytics, and best practices to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvement.
  • Report on learning outcomes, monitor KPIs, and measure organizational impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in learning and development with focus on leadership development
  • Proven experience with diverse and international teams
  • Experience designing and implementing blended learning solutions (in-person, virtual, e-learning)
  • Proficiency in digital learning platforms and content creation tools (e.g., LMS, Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
  • Skilled in digital onboarding experiences
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Creative, adaptable, and passionate about unlocking human potential
  • Strategic direction and guidance to the social production team
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Effective resource, budget, and timeline management
