Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise inside sales staff, facilitate regular team meetings, and coordinate workload distribution.
 - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all inquiry and quote processes.
 - Monitor quote-to-order conversion rates, call activity, and lead progression, ensuring accountability to targets.
 - Use data analytics to identify trends, streamline processes, and raise team performance.
 - Handle urgent or complex customer and supplier interactions requiring supervisory input.
 
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising a sales team.
 - Proficiency in Epicor ERP and HubSpot CRM (or equivalent).
 - Strong data analysis, reporting, and process management skills.
 - Excellent prioritisation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
 - Based in or able to commute to JAFZA; a valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, technical, or related field.
 - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) is an advantage.
