Head of GTM - Remittance

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, GTM strategy, and market penetration for the Remittance vertical across the UAE and KSA, with Dubai as the operating base.
• Define vertical roadmap covering payout flows, liquidity management, treasury operations, KYC/AML workflows, corridor-specific settlement paths and stablecoin-enabled flows.
• Lead enterprise sales cycles with founders, payment leaders, compliance and treasury heads; own deal strategy for new logos and expansions.
• Build and run a repeatable, scalable GTM POD (AEs, CSMs, SEs) with clear KPIs, operating rhythms and performance standards.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on corridor economics, payout SLAs, fraud/compliance requirements and treasury constraints.
• Work with PMM to craft vertical narratives, pricing models, use-case playbooks and sales enablement assets tailored to remitters.
• Represent Lean across the remittance ecosystem: industry events, regulators, crypto settlement providers, money transfer networks and payout partners.
• Coach, hire and develop GTM talent; drive activation excellence, operational readiness and consumption scalability for high-volume accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record building and scaling enterprise GTM motions from scratch.
• Direct experience with guaranteed payments, instant withdrawals, settlement rails and payout networks.
• Prior engagement with regulated financial environments and familiarity with MENA market dynamics.
• Strong relationships across remittance operators, payout providers, and treasury/risk functions.
• Founder-mode operator mindset with the ability to create new playbooks and operate at pace.
