Regional Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year sales strategy aligned with CNS technology and transformation objectives.
• Deliver year-on-year revenue growth across Government, BFSI, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Transportation and Education verticals in the UAE and GCC.
• Build and manage a forward-looking enterprise sales pipeline focused on new client acquisition and whitespace expansion.
• Develop and sustain trusted C-level relationships and strategic accounts; lead customer lifecycle and retention activities.
• Lead, coach and develop sales leaders, practice heads and pre-sales teams; establish KPIs, incentives and governance.
• Drive CRM adoption, forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, bid management and compliant deal structuring.
• Align solutions and partnerships with Tier 1 OEMs and vendors; influence ICT portfolio based on market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 15+ years
• Senior leadership
• GCC experience
• Enterprise sales
• ICT industry
• C-level relationships
• CRM proficient

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent
• PMP, CISSP or cloud certifications (e.g., AWS)
• Proven track record selling to Government and large enterprises in UAE/GCC
• Strong partner and OEM management experience
• Advanced technical understanding of systems integration and ICT solutions
