Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Guide opportunities through the entire sales journey, from prospecting and identifying new business to closing impactful enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams to tailor Sana’s AI solutions to customer needs.
  • Identify and assess market trends, strategic customer challenges, and high-value opportunities.
  • Develop consultative sales approaches based on deep customer understanding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, including C-level executives.
  • Represent Sana in the UAE to drive market expansion and contribute insights for future GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales in SaaS, emerging technology, or strategy consulting.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong market assessment and solution implementation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proven experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Driven self-starter who takes initiative and works autonomously.
  • Consultative sales mindset with a passion for puzzle-solving and customer value.
  • Proactive outbound sales approach; persistence and creativity in lead generation.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in diverse, high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/knowledge management solutions.
  • Previous work with leading global tech companies or consulting firms.
  • Exposure to multiple markets/geographies.
