Graduate - Stakeholder Management

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and site visits for infrastructure projects (highways, bridges, utilities, transport networks).
• Support the preparation of project documents including meeting minutes, technical presentations, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Track and communicate stakeholder requirements (community concerns, authority regulations, client objectives) to project teams.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and project records.
• Summarize stakeholder feedback, community input, and regulatory requirements in technical reports.
• Support engineers and project managers in responding to client, authority, and community queries.
• Prepare communication materials like consultation summaries, project briefs, design updates, and permit submissions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams to gain exposure to engineering design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for smooth stakeholder engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Must be recent graduate (2024 or 2025)
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in client-facing work
• Available to start September 2025
• Open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book
