Graduate - Stakeholder Management

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and site visits for infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, utilities, and transport networks.
• Support the preparation of project-related documentation including meeting minutes, technical presentations, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Track stakeholder requirements (community concerns, authority regulations, client objectives) and communicate them to project teams.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and records relevant to project phases, approvals, and technical inputs.
• Support engineers and project managers in responding to client, government authority, and community queries.
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams to gain exposure to civil engineering design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• UAE National with a valid family book (Emirati citizenship requirement)
• Recent graduate (2024 or 2025)
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
