Graduate Specialist - Stakeholder Management

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Support preparation and review of technical documentation, reports, and site records.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct inspections and report on project progress, safety, and quality issues.
• Resolve on-site technical challenges under guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in regular site meetings and provide input on construction progress and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AECOM health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Participate in quality control processes and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Recent graduate (2024 or 2025) eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or equivalent.
• Strong academic performance and keen interest in site engineering.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
• Available to start September 2025.
• Only UAE Nationals with a valid family book eligible (as per Emiratisation and UAE labor law).
