Graduate Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in preparing scope of works documents and project design criteria.
• Apply Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures to ensure coordinated designs.
• Gain experience in road design, including plans, profiles, typical sections, cross sections, and signage.
• Utilize PowerPoint to create presentations and progress reports.
• Demonstrate strong communication and technical report writing skills.
• Develop proficiency in road design software (AutoCAD, Civil3D).
• Become familiar with engineering standards, codes of practice, and local authority guidelines.
• Work collaboratively in the Highways team on impactful road design projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (with courses in Roads/Highways) from an accredited university.
• Recent 2024 or 2025 graduate.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent).
• UAE National with valid family book (Emiratisation requirement).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or consultancy experience in road design.
• Passion for road design and engineering.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn design software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Keen attention to detail and quality.
