FX Dealing Support

Responsibilities

• Service a portfolio of clients through various financial products, including FX hedging and cash management.
• Execute FX trades (SPOT, FWD, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers using different trading platforms and Bloomberg.
• Handle high volumes of incoming client requests via phone and email with the dealing team.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of processes across Screening, Operations, Reconciliation, Compliance, and Treasury.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in the FX industry preferred
• Interest and knowledge of financial markets
• Fluent in English
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to work under pressure accurately and efficiently
• Fast learner with high attention to detail
• Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a strong phone manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree level education, ideally in economics, business studies, or finance
