Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to users at key drop-off points to recover lost opportunities (e.g., cancelled orders, app uninstalls, incomplete pickups/drop-offs).
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to support product and marketing strategies.
  • Assist with lead generation campaigns and ensure fast follow-up on hot leads.
  • Provide support during peak times, including evenings and weekends, to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback on new features and experiments to product and growth teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years tele sales or outbound customer engagement experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Experience using WhatsApp, phone, and email for customer interactions.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
