Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for greeting visitors and callers.
- Direct and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Manage the reception area; keep it tidy and organized.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls; take accurate messages.
- Respond to inquiries and provide company information.
- Accomplish basic administrative duties; maintain office deliveries and supplies.
- Send and sort faxes; maintain conference room schedules and appearance.
- Assist with preparation of special meetings and events.
- Place service calls for building management to ensure a well-maintained environment.
- Utilize Word, Excel, Outlook, and office forms for administrative functions.
- Perform tasks such as typing, mailing, and maintaining supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer-facing roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven role in similar customer-facing positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good organizational skills; multitasking ability
- Only UAE Nationals with a valid family book eligible (Emiratisation)
