Business Developer EIS - Relocate to Dubai

Responsibilities

• Hunt new business opportunities in the institutional segment, especially through cold calling
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and the fund ecosystem (investment managers, corporate service providers, and fund administrators)
• Research, identify, and prospect institutional clients with needs for cross-border payments, FX, and FX hedging
• Remain updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional FX markets
• Collaborate with internal teams such as FX dealing and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients

Requirements

• Sales experience with a strong commitment and drive
• Ambitious with a desire to grow into a professional sales role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and new relationships
• Strong English language skills
• Based in Dubai (onsite)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in institutional B2B sales or financial services/FinTech sectors
• Knowledge of FX, cross-border payments, or fund administration
• Understanding of Dubai or GCC markets
