Account Manager - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage leads
• Convert leads to traded clients
• Assist clients with funding
• Assist clients with trade related queries
• Manage relationships with existing clients
• Support colleagues on a team basis
• Adhere to compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations and support)
• Suggest innovation and improvements to the customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Exceptional customer service & sales skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (including negotiation)
• Understanding of financial markets
• Quick to acquire new knowledge and skills
• Proficient numerical ability, comfortable working with numbers
• Strong team player
• Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
• Ability to live the Pepperstone values

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or similar (highly desired)
• Experience with trading or learning trading strategies (highly desired)
• Familiarity with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and Trading View software (highly desired)
