Responsibilities

• Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Drive client loyalty and satisfaction through consistent engagement, quick resolution of concerns, and upselling/cross-selling strategies.
• Work with company-provided leads to maximize opportunities and grow client deposits.
• Use expertise in Forex and trading platforms to guide and educate clients on trading opportunities.
• Meet and exceed retention and deposit targets.
• Conduct professional and persuasive client conversations in English.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and management teams to improve retention strategies.
• Stay up to date with financial market trends and industry developments to provide relevant insights to clients.
• Track client interactions, deposits, and performance metrics, and prepare management reports.
• Address client concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Forex or Online Trading (Sales, Account Management, Retentions, or Business Development)
• Proven experience managing high-value clients and driving significant deposit volumes
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms and retention tools
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills; fluent in English (additional European languages advantageous)
• Results-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinker and problem-solver
• Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools (advantageous)

Benefits

• Location: Dubai (Full-Time, Onsite)
• Salary Range: USD $1,500 – $3,000 per month + attractive commissions
• Preferred Nationalities: Eastern, Central, Western European, British, or American
