Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of training portfolios to achieve growth targets
- Conduct research to validate and launch relevant training topics
- Create and schedule innovative training programmes for professionals
- Research, interview, select, and negotiate with subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Work closely with SMEs/trainers to define course curriculum and learning objectives
- Advise SMEs/trainers on instructional design for in-person and e-learning
- Write engaging content and develop content plans for each portfolio
- Seek and implement innovative learning formats and features
- Build a strong network in the industry to attract top trainer talent
- Facilitate partnerships with globally recognized associations
- Project manage course delivery with operations teams
- Ensure profitability of courses through effective cost and project management
- Deliver sales and marketing briefings to support course promotion
- Develop year-round strategies with the head of production to increase commerciality
- Review financial, sales, and activity data to monitor and improve portfolio performance
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
- Support the marketing department on delegate acquisition and data quality
- Liaise with thought leaders, institutions, and companies for development and growth
Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Experience in training production and content writing in Middle Eastern markets
- Strong data analysis and dashboard/reporting skills (Excel or similar)
- Experience with LMS platforms
- Instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Desk and telephone research skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- English copywriting and sales-driven writing ability
- Project management and organizational skills
- Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, Leadership Skills, Strategy Management, Data Analysis, or Business Management training for professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team
- Flexible, results-driven, customer-focused
- Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Multitasking, persuasion, and innovation skills
