User Experience Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end online experience for SchoolApply from the public website to logged-in dashboards, CRM integrations and partner dashboards.
• Audit current platforms (website, student dashboard, FAM CRM/ATS, university dashboard) to identify usability, conversion and automation gaps.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders (CRO, CTO, marketing, operations, universities) and prioritise a product roadmap for each platform.
• Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into UX/UI flows and prototypes.
• Produce clear specification documents outlining core functionality, behaviors and acceptance criteria.
• Define and track key metrics (traffic-to-lead, conversion funnels, engagement, retention) and measure impact before and after changes.
• Run experiments (A/B tests), analyse results and iterate on UX solutions.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership; present findings and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or UX ownership for consumer or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS integrations and dashboard products.
• Proven ability to write clear product specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Startup experience and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with designers and engineering teams in agile workflows.
