(Senior) Institutional BD Manager, UAE

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Develop new sales strategies and channels across the UAE and broader MEA region, generating leads and successfully driving the sales cycle to completion.
• End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Lead the full sales cycle—from research and lead generation to conversion and account management—ensuring sustainable client relationships.
• Client Service & Issue Resolution: Handle time-sensitive client inquiries, including matters related to APIs, products, liquidity, and accounts, ensuring timely solutions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Organize meetings, capture key discussions, and ensure effective follow-ups with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is a plus
• Extensive financial sector network (wealth management, private banking, etc.)
• Proven sales expertise in financial services or crypto
• Ability to navigate local crypto regulations
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
