Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop and produce creative designs for marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and websites.
• Branding Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity, maintaining consistency across all design assets.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements and produce designs that meet business objectives.
• Content Layout & Production: Design layouts for digital and print media, making sure the final product is visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Website & Social Media Graphics: Create engaging visual content for the company's website, social media platforms, and online advertisements to boost engagement and brand presence.
• Design Updates: Revise and update existing designs based on feedback from stakeholders or new campaign strategies.
• Market Trend Research: Stay updated with current design trends and techniques, integrating innovative approaches into the company’s designs to stay competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Knowledge of web design principles and digital media formats
• Ability to adapt and respond to changing business needs and creative challenges
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Experience in real estate marketing or working with branding in similar industries is a plus
