Senior Associate, Partner Success

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to Bitpanda’s B2B Whitelabel customers, handling requests professionally via ticketing system and live chat, and building long-term value and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver company and team targets through close collaboration and consistent performance.
• Analyze user feedback to identify key product and feature requests, providing insights to internal teams.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve Bitpanda's customer support practices.
• Develop strong relationships with other departments and build a network for effective collaboration and increased satisfaction/NPS.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Customer Care, Support, or Sales, across channels including ticketing systems/live chat.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional European languages such as French or German are a plus).
• Passion for investing and interest in global financial markets considered advantageous.
• Adaptability for shift patterns (day/evening) and weekends.
• Familiarity with Customer Care systems (e.g., Zendesk) desirable.
