Job Description
Responsibilities
- Periodically review local complaint management processes to identify pain points
- Directly manage complaints that require further investigation by Trendyol teams
- Contribute to improvement projects in ticketing processes
- Report on backoffice teams' KPIs and trigger alarms when needed
- Support the POC for Ministry/local government complaints, including response, solution, and follow-up
Requirements
- Experience in retail and e-commerce law, government escalations, and regulatory compliance in UAE
- In-depth knowledge of UAE e-commerce, contractual, commercial, advertising, payment, consumer, IP, and data protection law
- Strong Arabic written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork
- Ability to multitask, manage stress, and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent research and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
