Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Periodically review local complaint management processes to identify pain points
  • Directly manage complaints that require further investigation by Trendyol teams
  • Contribute to improvement projects in ticketing processes
  • Report on backoffice teams' KPIs and trigger alarms when needed
  • Support the POC for Ministry/local government complaints, including response, solution, and follow-up

Requirements

  • Experience in retail and e-commerce law, government escalations, and regulatory compliance in UAE
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE e-commerce, contractual, commercial, advertising, payment, consumer, IP, and data protection law
  • Strong Arabic written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork
  • Ability to multitask, manage stress, and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent research and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
