Senior Associate - Development Projects Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level pre-construction and construction planning in conjunction with project teams to identify critical paths and alternate schedules
• Review project plans against schedules developed by PMC/EOR to ensure realistic timeframes, and recommend changes
• Provide support and input during project feasibility phases
• Coordinate with project teams from pre-planning to delivery regarding scheduling, monitoring, and risk mitigation
• Support reporting template development and prepare regular reports on project portfolio adherence to schedules
• Identify and raise plan deviations to senior management, assess project impact, and liaise with teams to communicate delays
• Track project plan progress, assess variation orders, and their impact on the overall plan
• Provide schedule-based criteria to contracts and cost-control teams for developing project cashflow and resolving claims issues
• Generate regular progress and risk mitigation reports for management

Requirements

• UAE National (Emiratization Only)
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in planning/control of real estate development projects (annual revenue at least AED 2 billion)
• Field experience in real estate or construction
• Strong knowledge of the GCC real estate market
• Deep understanding of project phases
• Proficiency with Primavera P6
• Ability to multi-task and monitor schedules for 5+ projects simultaneously
• Excellent conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting project feasibility studies
• Ability to develop reporting templates and tools
• Exposure to handling project claims and variation orders
