Experienced Real Estate Sales Manager (Off-Plan Properties)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise off-plan property sales in Dubai
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales agents to meet targets
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and tailor sales tactics to demand shifts
• Oversee property viewings, open houses and client meetings
• Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years exp
• Off-plan expertise
• UAE market knowledge
• Team leadership
• English fluent
• Arabic preferred
• Negotiation skills
• CRM experience
• UAE driving license

• Proven track record managing real estate sales teams

• Familiarity with RERA processes and documentation
