Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to attract potential buyers and solicit new customers.
• Initiate contact with leads through cold-calling and respond to inquiries.
• Build relationships with potential clients and qualify their needs.
• Present product information to prospects.
• Move qualified leads through the sales funnel and arrange meetings for sales consultants.
• Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not purchased.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales executives to achieve company goals.

Requirements

• Knowledge of product and market (Real Estate experience is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in telesales or sales-related roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good time management and analytical abilities
• Strong telephone etiquette and computer literacy
• Ability to follow and adapt sales scripts
• Energetic and personable with strong cold-calling ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous real estate experience
• Highly coachable and eager to learn
• Not afraid of cold calls
• Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative
