Sales Coordinator - Emirati Talent

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team in day-to-day sales operations, documentation, bid submissions, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and compliant delivery of customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender submissions with the Bid/Presales team
• Maintain and update sales trackers, CRM records, and pipeline reports
• Coordinate vendor registration, pricing requests, and customer invoicing with Procurement and Finance
• Prepare and process NDAs, contracts, and client correspondence
• Schedule client meetings; prepare agendas and minutes; follow up on actions
• Track purchase orders and delivery schedules; liaise between Sales, Operations, and Clients
• Provide administrative support for RFP/RFQ responses (formatting, document control, compliance checks)
• Assist in preparing presentations and management reports
• Ensure sales documentation complies with CNS policies and ISO-based quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years exp
• Sales coordination
• CRM familiarity
• MS Office proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills
• UAE National

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT / System Integration
• Tender and bid experience
• Familiarity with Finance/Procurement processes
• Prior exposure to ISO-compliant procedures
• Arabic language skills preferred
