• Seating Guests: Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist in seating arrangements according to the reservation plan.
• Communication: Collaborate with waitstaff, kitchen, and management for smooth operations.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and dining section.
• Assisting with Events: Help in organizing and coordinating special functions during busy periods or events.
• Up-selling: Promote special offers and menu items to increase revenue.
• Knowledge of the Establishment: Stay informed about menu, specials, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
• Handling Reservations: Manage reservations via phone and online, confirm bookings, and maintain a reservation system.
