Real Estate Agent (German, Italian, Serbia, Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets/KPIs as set in the Employment Contract.
• Interview buyers to determine property preferences.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Advise sellers on property presentation to attract buyers.
• Accompany buyers during property visits and inspections, providing guidance on suitability and value.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Arrange title searches to ensure property ownership clarity.
• Ensure due diligence and compliance with Dubai Land Department and RERA standards.
• Oversee property closings, including documentation and fund disbursement.
• Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms.
• Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
• Prepare documents such as listing forms, Form A, passport copies, and title deeds.
• Stay updated on UAE real-estate law, local economies, and financing options.
• Always represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

*Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, Italian, Serbian, or Spanish. *Strong interpersonal and communication skills. *Willingness to work onsite in Dubai. *Knowledge of real estate practices in the UAE is an advantage. *Exceptional sales drive and goal orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• RERA certification.
• Previous real estate sales experience in Dubai.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws and property market trends.
• CRM experience.
