Real Estate Agent - Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi
• Provide tailored real estate solutions based on client requirements
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the process
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve successful transactions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up post-sale
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends, property values, and regulations
• Utilize CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and MS Office for daily tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience, preferably in the Abu Dhabi market
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of market trends and property values in Abu Dhabi
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are highly desirable
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
• A valid UAE driver's license is preferred
