Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of flight hardware.
• Support integration and test teams (AIT) during build phases.
• Document non-conformances and inspection results.
• Verify supplier certifications and traceability.
• Contribute to process improvement and inspection aids development.
• Participate in ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) reviews and sign-offs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of inspection experience (preferably in aerospace or medical devices).
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, multimeters, microscopes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and GD&T.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and IPC-A-610/620 standards.
• Strong documentation and ESD-safe handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inspecting flight hardware or satellite components.
• Use of ERP/PLM/MES for inspection traceability.
• Certifications (IPC, NASA, CQI).
