Property Consultant Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings and present options tailored to clients’ needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close real estate transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on local market trends and property values.
• Utilize CRM platforms, MS Office, and digital marketing tools for daily tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi market.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends and property values in Abu Dhabi.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications highly desirable.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
