Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones
• Develop and deliver progress and status reports to stakeholders
• Direct and manage project development from commencement to completion
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and allocate resources efficiently
• Communicate project expectations to team members clearly and timely
• Ensure project documentation is updated, completed and stored appropriately
• Chair weekly project review meetings with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience working in a school environment
• Experience liaising with government or semi-government entities
• Strong planning and scheduling skills
• Proven stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency with project tools (e.g., MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, rapid-growth organisation
• Demonstrable experience opening or pre-operational planning of schools
• Familiarity with education-sector compliance and operations in the UAE
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
