Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work progress aligns with timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Manage and track project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
  • Facilitate effective communication between all project team members and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks impacting project timelines or budgets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or site supervision
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of construction management tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of construction industry, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Willingness to travel to construction sites within Abu Dhabi

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations
