Private Head Chef for a Prestigious and VIP Private Household in Ajman- United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee daily meals with a focus on Mediterranean, healthy lifestyle, and Asian cuisines.
• Manage and coordinate multiple kitchen teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Deliver elegant buffet-style dining experiences and cater for small private events.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and discretion at all times.
• Adapt to a 5-day working week, with a flexible schedule during events.

Requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in private households, royal families, or luxury hospitality.
• Proven expertise in healthy and international cuisines.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Valid passport and availability for a 5–7 day paid food trial in the UAE (all expenses covered).
• Willingness to sign a confidentiality/NDA agreement.
