Head of Operations Fast Casual Cafe Brand

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across all UAE locations (one corporate store + two franchised sites) ensuring quality, consistency and service excellence
• Implement operational standards, KPIs and accountability frameworks aligned with group benchmarks
• Drive menu development and localisation with the global team; oversee product testing, seasonal launches and pricing
• Coordinate local marketing, digital and in‑store activations to grow brand visibility and frequency
• Optimise supply chain and procurement; manage supplier relationships, inventory and vendor performance
• Lead refurbishment and site development activities including design, contractors, approvals and mall liaison
• Manage P&Ls, control labour and supply costs, and deliver consistent profitability
• Support franchise partners with training, audits, operational guidance and readiness for GCC roll‑out

Requirements

• 5+ years experience
• QSR / café ops
• GCC / UAE experience
• Multi-site operations
• Franchise management

• Strong communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven turnaround experience in foodservice
• Background in retail/café marketing
• Experience with site refurbishment and mall approvals
• Track record working with both corporate and franchised stores
• Ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic planning
